When you stay in this modern California retreat you have the entire home to yourself. You have access to all of the rooms and all the amenities of the home. You will be given access for easy and secure entry, and you’ll have plenty of space to park 3 vehicles. There are cutting boards and a sharp knife set, cooking utensils, dish towels, cooking oil, salt & pepper, spice rack, microwave, and coffee maker. We supply ground coffee, hot chocolate, black and green teas, and sugar. ☆★☆★☆ LIVING AREA ☆★☆★☆ In our downstairs open floor plan living space, we invite you to relax by the gas fireplace, there's a comfortable couch with pillows and a throw blanket as well as an accent chair, coffee table, end table, TV with Disney+, Hulu and ESPN, continuous wifi, coat hanger, and a small dining table if you prefer to eat there. ☆★☆★☆ BEDROOMS ☆★☆★☆ All bedrooms have warm, comfortable beds with fluffy pillows and covers, 700 thread count sheets, a space heater, as well as an extra blanket in the closet. The upstairs master suite also includes and reading lamps over the nightstands. ☆★☆★☆ BATHROOMS ☆★☆★☆ Both bathrooms include natural and organic soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion, as well as makeup remover, and of course, extra extra-soft toilet paper. You will find a set of soft fluffy towels for everyone in your bedrooms. ☆★☆★☆ LOFT ☆★☆★☆ The loft has a cozy reading corner with a faux fur-covered chair and pillow. This property can handle a typical amount of electronics, but charging electric vehicles or bringing high-power consumption electronics may cause a breaker to trip. We can occasionally offer early check-in or late check-out for a fee, depending on the bookings ahead of and after your stay. If you would like an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know at least a day in advance. Please note this property does not have AC. To comply with Big Bear trash regulations for vacation rentals, we require guests to take all trash to Clean Bear #1 (free of charge) at 41970 Garstin Dr, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315. We also offer a dishwashing service for $20 + $1/item.
