We're happy to share local tips and advice. If you have any questions during your stay, just ask! The City of Big Bear Lake requires us to verify guests ID and requires guests to sign the good neighbor brochure before we can give access to the property. We will send you the good neighbor brochure when you book, it's super quick and convenient to fill out– we just want to make sure our guests know in advance :) Please note this property does not have AC. We also offer a dishwashing service for $20 + $1/item. Maximum 12 guests, 5 vehicles.
