We're happy to share local tips and advice. If you have any questions during your stay, just ask! The City of Big Bear Lake requires us to verify guests ID and requires guests to sign the good neighbor brochure before we can give access to the property. We will send you the good neighbor brochure when you book, it's super quick and convenient to fill out– we just want to make sure our guests know in advance :) We can occasionally offer early check-in or late check-out, depending on the bookings ahead of and after your stay. If you would like an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know at least a day in advance. Please note this property does not have AC and does not include access to the garage.
