We're happy to share local tips and advice. If you have any questions during your stay, just ask! To comply with Big Bear trash regulations for vacation rentals, and to keep the local wildlife healthy and safe, we can allow up to 2 large trash bags per night of your reservation, and require guests to take any additional trash to Clean Bear #1 at 41970 Garstin Dr, Big Bear Lake, CA 9231. We also offer a dishwashing service for $20 + $1/item. San Bernardino County doesn't allow street parking. We have a large driveway and can fit up to 5 vehicles, please park in our driveway when staying with us. Any county fines for guests' street parking will be charged to guests ($2,000). Please note the garage is unavailable for guest use. Our upstairs has both central heat and AC, and our downstairs has central heating.
